01Our commitment
Vaalmo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every app published under the developer name “Vaalmo” and to all our services.
02Prohibited content and behaviour
Users may not use our apps to create, upload, share, request or promote:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including AI-generated or illustrated material.
- Content that sexualises minors.
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
- Any other content or behaviour that endangers the safety of children.
03Enforcement
Accounts and content found to violate these standards are removed immediately and permanently banned. We preserve relevant information as required by law and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional and national authorities.
04In-app reporting
Apps that include user-generated content or communication between users provide an in-app mechanism to report content or users. Reports relating to child safety are prioritised and reviewed promptly.
05How to report
To report a concern related to child safety in any Vaalmo app, email [email protected] with the subject "Child safety report", including the app name and as much detail as possible (usernames, dates, screenshots — do not send illegal imagery). If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.
You may also report directly to NCMEC CyberTipline or Internet Watch Foundation.
06Compliance with laws
We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
